The only difference is that the Washington Post and by inference all its sister papers are profoundly disinterested in uncovering anything that could prove embarrassing to their favored one. If any Washington Post reporter today showed anything like the tenacity and initiative of Woodward and Bernstein digging into current White House illegalities, that reporter would be reassigned to the Obits at lightning speed, and if that didn’t get the message across, he or she would be fired and blackballed.

500 billion dollars

bad enough without making it 1000 x worse.I've seen a lot of people make this mistake recently. It's as though "millions" seems so insignificant, the mind takes a quantum leap.

People seem to forget the destruction of all the car dealerships that were held by Republicans while keeping all Democratic-owned dealerships. This is more of the same, it’s just the timing is now two years later and Obamania has worn off. The next administration should launch a full investigation and prosecute without any presidential pardon. This is far worst than Richard Nixon.

I think there is absolutely no chance of any of this getting investigated by the press or by Congress. There may be a few modest inquiries (such as Issa’s investigation) but they’re not going to attract much attention outside of FR and nothing will come of them.

It is quite possible that a lot of the Dems are worried about Bambi’s election chances and hope that something will happen to prevent him from running again, but I think there’s another factor here, and that’s fear. Obama has shown himself to be completely ruthless in destroying people and institutions.

In addition, this is the guy with the nuclear codes and full command of the US military - but absolutely no loyalty to the United States. I think they all know that the only focus of Obama’s loyalty is himself, and that he would turn on us in an instant if he felt threatened.

Nixon’s coverup after the fact of a botched burglary of a political opponent’s office, which was his undoing, pales in comparison to today’s scandals. Gun running, obstruction of justice, witness intimidation, money laundering, overstepping constitutional constraints, collusion, bribery through influence peddling... the list just goes on and on. No, Nixon was a piker. Bambi and company should be in Canon City, Colorado, getting meals through a slot in a steel door.

“A similar Watergate scandal could erupt for Barack Obama. The only difference is that there may be three of them.”

Ummm - the difference is that B0 is black, or at least halfway so. Until the Pubbies are willing to face that bogeyman, they are doomed. They must be willing to endure the remonstrations of the intellectual giants of the Grievance and Reparations Industries such as Big Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the gerrymandered gentry of Congress (SJL comes to mind). I don’t think they have the cojones to do it.

The only difference is the press already hated Nixon. They loved Obama and helped put him in office. They will not do what is necessary to investigate his crimes

These are questions that demand answers ...

OK ... I'll have a go.

It's because the Wee Wee is an amoral ... Muslim ... psychotic ... narcissist ... locked in an marriage to a mad dog ... that is suffering from years of blowing cocaine and toking weed ... with an I.Q. roughly equal to room temperature ... no discernible job skills ... no work experience other than as a "community organizer" (whatever the hell that is) ... placed in a job that would be demanding for even the best and brightest.

That discovery started a sinister chapter in America's history, fueled by the fervent investigative work of Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein of The Washington Post...

The only "fervant" investigative work done by so-called journalists now is when investigating the dangerous Tea Party, or Rick Perry or Sarah Palin.

“These are questions that demand answers...”

Brilliant, really-really bright, all-knowing, smart
Progressives are intellectual geniuses who can do no wrong, can commit no acts which might be “illegal” and don’t have to account or answer to anyone else because they are pure, compassionate, loving beings who are the highest on the evolutionary scale.

Only dumb, knuckle-dragging, flyover-county Conservatives
must be subjected to endles scrutiny and criticism.

Dontcha know?

I think there is one more scandal that could REALLY cause no end of trouble: the possibility that media organizations--or even prominent Internet operations like Google, Facebook and Twitter--were paid off with slush fund money to slant their information positively on the Obama Administration. And guess where the slush fund money came from: all those taxpayer dollars from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that were diverted from those failed "green" companies.

Can you imagine the gigantic firestorm that would cause if someone finds out the truth?

The RinoCracy I’m sure has hundreds IF NOT thousands of “Solyndras” ove the last 30-40 years. NOBODY in DC wants to go there.....and nobody will unless We the People rub their noses in it....

High time they looked into all of Obamba's accounts, he has so many S.S.#'s and alias's.

He is one disaster after another, I submit that Billions are going into his own pocket, with the Czars handling the purse strings.

He has so many working for him in those areas, that not one will spill the beans lest they all fall. But it only takes one to talk and point the way. Then of course you have to factor in some of the Rinos, who profited from O's schemes, they don't want to fall either.

Worst scandal so far?

All three combined don't amount to a popcorn fart compared to Clinton's Oil for Food program.

Articles of impeachment were prepared against Nixon and Clinton for far lesser offenses. What’s the hold-up here?
