Obama, rebuked by latest elections, is going ‘all in’
on tax and spend.

PUKE.

Our government is so screwed up that we have to force one segment of our citizens to pay for it. I don’t think that the Founding Fathers meant for it to go this way. America has become a disgrace. “For the first time in my adult life..”, I’m ashamed of my country.

In his Saturday radio and Internet address, Obama said he would lay down a plan that would show how to pay down the nation's debt and pay for his employment legislation.

"But right now," he said, "we've got to get Congress to pass this jobs bill."

To that end, Obama on Thursday will be at a bridge linking Ohio and Kentucky -- home states to Boehner and Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell. He will use the bridge as a prop to call for increased spending on infrastructure.

Good luck with that Jackass

Ok...FReepers that think Boehner is a stand up Repubic, we shall see. Who wants to bet that before it’s all over and done with Boehner will have agreed to close tax loopholes (you know the kind: Mortgage interest deduction, charitable contributions etc.) and come back with some bullcrap tax reduction that does absolutely nothing for us. And he will strut like he made the deal of the century...while the country continues to go down in flames.

When Paul Ryan proposes a plan to make Medicare solvent he's depicted as throwing a wheelchair-bound grandmother over a cliff.

When Obama steals $500,000,000,000 from Medicare for ObamaCare and now proposes taking another $250,000,000,000?

(crickets)

savings of $1 trillion from the withdrawal of troops from Iraq and Afghanistan

"...nearly $250 billion in reductions in Medicare spending, $330 billion in cuts in other mandatory benefit programs,...

Oh puhlease, he would never ever sign a bill that cut have a trillion in bennies for the gimmes, no matter how he claimed it would be paid for (hate that term) by tax increases on the rich.

This is a political ploy for the centrist moderate types. Hope they have learned, but don't have much faith in people who live their lives by sound bytes.

They simply don’t understand.

They can raise the marginal tax rate, but that won’t raise revenue, it will reduce it.

What a great idea. With the economy sailing along like it is, it can easily withstand another $1.5 trillion taken out of the private sector.

Why not increase taxes $7.5 trillion on the rich. That would be five times as good.

Obama isn’t going to leave any doubt that he is an absolute imbecile.

If you look at obama through the prism of a rejected audacious hyper-narcissist, everything he does will make sense. He is as bitter as rattle snake venom right now.
