AUSTIN President Obamas socialized medicine plan was dealt a serious blow today by a new Beacon Hill Institute study showing that Governor Mitt Romneys RomneyCare plan has cost 18,000 jobs and $8 billion.
If RomneyCare killed 18,000 jobs in Massachusetts, imagine what ObamaCare will do to a U.S. economy already hurting from too much liberalism, said Perry spokesman Ray Sullivan. These government-mandated health schemes kill too many jobs and cost too much. RomneyCares job-killing results are another reason ObamaCare must be stopped.
Yesterday, Governor Romney defended RomneyCare at a town hall meeting in Sun Lakes, Arizona, saying, I like what we did.

Glad to see the discussion for next week coming back to Jobs and economy. Enough with the Bachmann “Government Injection” nonsense.
She’s blowing it by tearing down fellow repubs. Tear down a policy but once torn, let it go.
She has lost many due to this behavior IMO.
just sayin’... flame away

Who are you talking about? She? Bachmann...yes, should’ve followed the Reagan Playbook. They all should, Newt and Cain are...couple of smart men.
hopefully perry will use this.
Use what? It’s from Perry’s web site.
Good guess.
That would mean 900k jobs (lost) and 400 billion roughly in costs, if Romneycare was nation wide.
sorry, i meant that it should be publicized in the next debate.
often the most damaging material against an opponent seems
not to get to the general public.
Yes, I agree. My Army Major son in law and I were talking late last night. We decided Perry should say, if the same questions are brought up again as in the last 2 debates...just shut it down...by saying this has already been discussed...then do what Newt does...start speaking on what is important jobs and the economy. Perry shouldn’t play into the bs and give those idiots an inch. He knows well how to do this.. As with the fires in Texas, when Fox and Friends tried to get him into political talk he just shut them down.
18000? BS, it is STILL killing jobs. Causing all sorts of shortages, small businesses to close, restaurants to leave the state, and hospitals to close or merge with larger ones. ALL of which result in loss of jobs, continuing to this day.
This is why Mittens must lose in the primary season...he will never ever repeal obamacare.
I think I’ll just book a ticket on the Titanic right now because no matter what, this country is screwed.
