who is incredibly brilliant when it comes to Constitutional law would be able to provide the best insight.

The best legal minds in the world cannot stop the Court from doing what it will. Our Republic is in grave danger and ultimately rests in the hands of one mush headed Supreme Court Justice.

I am so glad we have removed God from the equation, those silly 10 rules were just too much for us to understand. Now we can have our own little God decide for us.

God meant for us to govern ourselves, he never wished for a king to rule over the hearts and minds of man, but historically speaking we have always demanded a king, and now we have one. We should be so pleased.

Do “elected representatives” have the Right to give away our rights?

No, but they have to power. We have decide that we should have men rule over us, so they shall.

This explains Zero’s initial speech, about call congress, and tell them to pass this jobs bill, for the American people. He seemed to be really pushing..(paraphrased) yada yada

I always wondered if the Feds would threaten to pull all Pell Grants, Stafford Loans, Perkins and Work\Study if they didnt become a "gay friendly" institution

I think you can pretty well count on it. This is why Hillsdale College accepts no federal or state government money whatsoever--no money, no strings attached, no gubmint control--and so the college is free to teach the truth and do the right thing.

“”destroy our freedom and turn the US into a central-government-run dictatorship.”

The first President from Illinois got the ball rolling, he is sealing the deal.”

I’m starting to think Illinois is just a really bad State at least run by sick degenerate utopian fools.

Apparently their just as bad in their internal politics as what they excrete for the rest of us to deal with.

I guess if someone was to make a case for people not being allowed to vote I’d send them to Illinois for source evidence to support their case, specifically Chicago & Springfield. The rest of the State may be honest enough.

“Well for sure the Health Care bill does that. I guess it will all come down to what the meaning of “is” is. Without God, we have no rights, since the government will assign them as it pleases. Tell me again now, how social issues don’t matter?”

I guess that depends upon what you define as a “Social Issue”. I don’t see how Government assigning and inventing rights is just a social issue. Its a Gigantic legal issue of the Government making itself the equivalent of God as well.

True its a major Social issue in the respect that goverment is effectually trying to usurp God’s roll in life. But that doesn’t make it not a legal, and economic issue.

Honestly I never really bought the Economic vs Social game. I think he border between economic and social issues is poorly chosen.

Well let e see on the one hand you have sharia on the other hand Christian, which to choose, which to choose. Whether you want to accept it or not, that are the two choices you have, well except for the Marxist model currently in place.
