2 lawmakers seek to delay end of military gay ban

Two top Republicans on the House Armed Services Committee have asked Defense Secretary Leon Panetta to delay the new policy allowing gays to serve openly in the military.

In a letter to the Pentagon chief this week, California Rep. Howard "Buck" McKeon, the committee chairman, and South Carolina Rep. Joe Wilson — two opponents of repealing the ban — complained that the policies and regulations for implementing the change have not been finalized nor provided to the panel.

"Since it is evident that the department does not have final, approved policies in place, we believe it is essential that you take immediate action to delay the implementation of repeal until such time that the review and comment period is completed, that DOD has incorporated the changes suggested during the comment period and that the appropriate regulations needed to implement repeal have been distributed to and are understood by the leaders and key personnel in the field," McKeon and Wilson wrote.

They sound reasonable to me, but I don't think they have a chance. Tuesday will be a sad day in the nation's history.

It remains characteristic of the Germans, that they, outwardly the most brutally masculine of all European peoples, are the most homosexual nation on earth.

H.R. Knickerbocker, Is Tomorrow Hitler’s?, 1941:34

Inserting homosexual "rights" into the military, removes it of morality. It will become as brutal as the homosexual brownshirts who had no morality. It is extremely troubling that our Commander in Chief ignores the fundamental principles of our Constitution and that our Natural Rights and legal system are based on God's laws--God's standard of Right and Wrong.

For our military to drop this fundamental standard enshrined in our Constitution and throughout Jurisprudence of our nation means that they are determined to destroy the morality in our country. No culture can exist with an immoral population.

Barney Frank's standard of Right and Wrong can never be the one imposed on us according to our Constitution of the US. I know zero has trouble reading but come on--where are our military legal scholars??? Are they being blackmailed by the homosexual mafia?

Barney Frank's standards removes all sexual morality, meaning, honor and character from human relationships. We see the results of immorality in the white house and DC as I speak. They are an extremely evil bunch and trying to destroy America as we know it.

What is the purpose of the 60 day REVIEW period if it is not for finally coming to the realization that this was a TERRIBLE idea?

The truth about homosexuality and the Nazi Party

"...Ludwig Lenz worked at the Sex Research Institute in Berlin, which was destroyed by Hitler's Brown Shirts in 1933 likely because its records, including 40,000 confessions from members of the Nazi Party, would have exposed the sexual perversions of Nazi leadership. Lenz said that "not ten percent of the men who, in 1933, took the fate of Germany into their hands, were sexually normal...."
