"That's what happened in Cairo. That's what happened in Madrid. You don't want those kinds of riots here."
Then for the sake of the country, you and all your Progressive Commie losers in office need to resign immediately and let strong, pro freedom people take your place. That would solve the problem over night.

And the law abiding and weaponless citizens will be at a disadvantage.

Translation: I know the riots are coming, and I gotta position myself so I don’t get the blame.

I don’t think college graduates riot.
I think adults who don’t finish high school riot.

It’s deliberate. They want one, no they need one, badly.

Gloomberg is rich....and stupid if he actually thinks that was what happened in Egypt. It sounds like he’s inviting disaster.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is worried that high U.S. unemployment could lead to the same kind of riots here that have swept through Europe and North Africa."

Translation: I know the riots are coming, and I gotta position myself so I dont get the blame. You are probably correct.
Let's see. Just who is it that owns the guns in NYC? Oh yeah, it isn't the law abiding citizens.

When the main business of your city is writing the rest of the country into a debt it cannot afford, and then servicing that debt and trading derivatives on it, you don’t have a lot to offer the world.

What a twit. Cairo had nothing to do with “jobs,” and as for Madrid, the “youth” who occupied the Puerta del Sol for several weeks were a bunch of anarchists and radical leftists basically doing the bidding of the Socialist government (destroying private businesses in Madrid, which has a conservative party city government), which was exactly why they were tolerated for so many weeks.

"There is no overnight solution," he said."You look at the president's proposals. At least he's got some ideas on the table, whether you like those or not."
So it doesn't matter if it's a BAD idea, as long as it's an idea? Is that the idea?
