God just didn't want you now kid!! Do him right!!
Here is a still shot of the first responder citizens. Video link above show the actual rescue. Bravo!
I wonder if he is going to give up riding ?
Just amazing and wonderful.
I still think that this is a very cool video. Americans in action! Thanks for posting.
I hope he continues to ride. Life is dangerous, but a motorcycle will out handle, out brake and out accelerate anything on 4 wheels. Proper gear obviously wasn’t the order of the day (Unless his helmet somehow detached under the car)
I just wonder why the police and responders involved didn’t pull him farther away, and why the police backed off the injured man just as well as shocked bystanders.
Still, I’m glad to see this outcome.
I have been first on the scene of a few nasty’s could not figure out why no one stayed by him also to at least comfort him very strange

All of what you say above is great, but handling, braking, and accelerating didn’t seem to work out tremendously for him here.
You seem to neglect the human factor in your calculus.
I’m human, and a large factor in my motorcycle riding. Judgement is went wrong here. Judgement goes wrong in all sorts of things.
People die in Volvos.
Exactly. We completely agree.
It is not the technology that is at fault (often). It is the human. That’s what I mean when I say that all the brakes, acceleration et.al, is pretty meaningless.
Folks die in hummers.
My comments were not a slam on riders at all. Had you made the same comment about Smart Cars, or volvos or sherman tanks, I still would have said the same.
Collisions happen every few seconds in the U.S. Everything went right here, with the right people on the scene who decided to act, instead of gawk.
He’s a lucky young man to be sure.
