The fabric looks like upholstery, as so often with Michelle, but on the whole, the outfit is less aggressively ghastly than most of what she wears. I give it a “Not Awful.”

Her hair looks very nice in this new style. But the dress is ugly and I can’t figure out why, being so short-waisted, she insists on the belted look. The belts emphasize the short-waistedness and all that weight she’s carrying below the belt.
