They don't want any part of being associated with that bill. They know it is toxic. Many of them, yes Dems, voted against parts that were as earlier bills. They see Obama sinking, and they don't want to go down with that ship.

Even Reid is apprehensive that he could get enough votes to pass Obama's version, as is.
