Are we a country of law or not?

let's see a mug shot. The guy in the video needs to be identified so he can be appropriately dealt with in the court of public opinion. Someone like this should be banished from society.

That might or might not be the same guy. Age sure seems roughly correct (45). But the arrest is for conduct on the day or two prior to the confrontation with reporters in the union’s parking lot.
If anyone finds out for sure, please update the thread?

You were right, my bad, it IS him (although the arrest was for conduct PRIOR to his spaz-out with reporters; the spaz simply made it very easy for witnesses to his prior rioting to identify him).
Here is a local (well, Portland) story making the linkage clear.

Two arrests out of several hundred thugs?
What was the money damage done to the terminal?
If both at the highest levels, and at the lowest (union thugs) serious crimes are committed with impunity, how can our so-called "leaders" complain of disrespect for the "rule of law?"

May they give him years and years to contemplate his actions. And somehow, I doubt that he is going to get a sympathetic press.

This wasn’t a protest. Were they chanting “Down with glass!” when they were breaking windows? Or “We hate brake lines!” when they were cutting the lines on the train. And by the way, there’s a good idea for you. Let’s send trains off with no breaks. What a bunch of mindless thugs.

His name is Ronald Patrick Stavas, he was born on July 31 1966. Bail set at $50,000.
He also has been a defendant in three other criminal cases since 1998. He is obviously an A-1 jerk.
