Sen. Orrin Hatch, Utah Republican, asked National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member Craig Becker on Tuesday if he helped the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) write its intimidation manual.
According to several recent news reports, some controversial documents have come to light in the course of SEIUs current litigation with Sudexo, Inc., [sic] including a Contract Campaign Manual, which provides details regarding the strategies employed by the union during organizing and contract campaigns, Hatch wrote to Becker. Among other things, the manual explicitly advises union members to engage in tactics designed to attack the reputation of an employer as well as its managers and to purposefully damage an employers relationship with vendors and customers.
In addition, it advises employees to uncover dirt on management officials and publicize the information in order to obtain leverage in contract negotiations, Hatch continued. The manual even goes so far as to encourage union members to disobey certain laws when it serves the unions purposes.

Hatch the RINO is up for reelection in 2012 so he is going through his once every six years transformation into a conservative.
If he were really seeking answers He’d demand the responses be given in a public forum.
Aye yuh.

Booby at it again ... wait; oh, must be re-election time!
From further down in the article:
“NLRB spokeswoman Nancy Cleeland wouldnt answer those questions for The Daily Caller. Craig Becker plans to respond directly to Sen. Hatch, Cleeland said in an email. We do not have a timeline.
Hatch didnt give Becker a deadline by which to respond”
++++++++++++++++
Don’t be holding your breath for an answer. It will have to be torn out of the Unions by force of law. No time line for a response... its a unicorn farting rainbow skittles. There will BE no answer.

Bingo! and I just love the part where Hatch didn’t give him a timeline to respond.

Just like McCain.
Whatever. Last time he made such a “rediscovery,” he went to an oncologist asking for a biopsy to find out if they were malignant or benign.
“It is still nice to see him rediscover the balls he once had every now and then. “
More than likely this is the last you will ever hear of this matter.
Hatch will still win but going after NLRB is a good thing no matter the outcome of his primary. NLRB , EPA, OSHA, should all be torn apart if a Pub wins the Presidency and the Pubs win both Houses. These reg areas have to be stopped or we lose liberties; all of us.
