I cannot even imagine our current occupant of the White House giving a speech like that. And did you notice he was not using the teleprompters that were there? He spoke from his notes on the podium.

Clinton started out his speech with references to himself and Hillary.

But I'm willing to forgive that because Clinton at the end of his speech did commit to raising the funds needed to complete the Flight 93 memorial.

And Biden actually was very gracious towards Bush's 9-11 response.
