I guess he thinks if he says it enough he thinks he can hypnotize people.
Who the heck does he think he is? A Modern day Svengali?

Among the bills passed by the House, but stuck in the Senate are The Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act, The Energy Tax Prevention Act, Disapproval of FCCs Net Neutrality Act, The Clean Water Cooperative Federalism Act, The Consumer Financial Protection & Soundness Improvement Act and The Protecting Jobs From Government Interference Act.
That doesnt even touch the various bills the House has passed to reenergize the Gulf. Oh yeah, plus the House passed a budget.
You know how Obama repeatedly says Congress could take steps right now to jumpstart the economy again? Lets amend that statement for accuracy: The Senate and the president could take steps right now to jumpstart the economy again. That is, they actually have House bills in front of them.

Obama is the biological and ideological issue of 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus/street revolutionary rabble. (They are all spoiled brats.)
That includes his college instructors of course and explains why he has very little respect for (knowledge of?) our heritage of separation of powers.
It's like this Barry, the president proposes and the Congress disposes.
A president cannot dispose of Congress.

Every time he barked this, I expected Joe Wilson to stand up and say “There IS no bill!” The GOP side would have erupted and Obama’s night - and presidency - would have been sunk.
