You are not new to this scene. Why in the hell are you expecting something to happen from this when the Congress doesn’t have the stones to demand a birth certificate?
Zero has spent $2M dollars of HIS OWN MONEY concealing it, yet Congress is too scared to chase after him. This is only keeping the little people distracted from making demands about the TSA gropers.

It won’t matter who came up with the idea. The point is that there are very few people who could have controlled the compartments that were necessary to make it happen.
Obama, Hillary, Holder and Nopalitano are the controllers. I think Issa is bringing it to their doorstep.
I doubt that we will ever hear who’s idea it was .. but if I were a betting man, I would say HRC.

LA Times has been all over this for a while. They have actually reported it as headline news for quite some time. Seems the only real source of information from a paper of “record”

No it doesn't. But I still like to make my speculations and if the investigation continues to dig deeper I do think it will be found out who came up with it. Especially with Zer0's propensity for throwing people under the bus.
Who was running the shredders in the White House while the Imposter was flapping his gums in the Congress Thursday night?? No one was watching the White House for at least a couple of hours.
And in these weird times, it is possible we could see that.
