Socialist anti american democrats say they were mislead on the solyndral loan. Is that the same way they were misled to fund over $70,000,000,000 billion in U.S. taxpayers funds on the AGW/IPCC CO2 scam. I think so. We must get rid of these idealogical democrat drones who were so easily led by the nose by the radical environmentalists into pushing public policy based on a complete fraud that would end up doing nothing but re-distributing wealth and destroying our economy. 2012 we boot out obama and all his communist appointees.

Solyndra is proof that Obama cannot create jobs through Fed spending.

"You can bet those guys got a heads up and are not going to get caught with anything incriminating."

On the up side, this just shows everyone how fedgov subsidies to "green" energy is questionable at the least. This is a good thing.

Eventually, the new DOD directive of solar powering military bases will also be shown to be of waste. We're getting closer to people waking up about such nonsense.

We are becomimg a Third World corrupt country. Soon Venezuela will look like a model of integrity compared to us.

We are now the most corrupt nation in the history of the world, Obama has taken us over the goalline...even Rome and the USSR are in our shadow on that score.

“I’m sorry,” Gronet said in an interview. “You probably understand full well that I cannot comment.”

&&&&&

This was the mantra of Bill and Hill and their functionaries during all of the 1990s. This is not an attack on these executives. It is a housekeeping operation, tidying up any stray paper or electron that might be “leaked” to a public outlet.

“I don’t know what they may have taken. I believe they took a look at his computer.”

Probably needed to delete all those e-mails from "bigspenderbarack@whitehouse.gov".

Raid the White House?? No, no, no. These raids are to remove and destroy all evidence implicating any democrat living or dead who might have been involved in this grand theft operation. It is to make sure that the WH occupant can’t be indicted.

But are they investigating criminal activity or locking up records so WE cannot find out how close they are tied to Obama???

The person interviewed here does not sound like he is bothered much... I think he sounds like someone who knows his records will not see the light of day “I'm sorry I cannot comment, I sure hope you understand, Gosh, I'm sorry again...”

Sounds like Holder is trying to change the conversation from the Dems were corrupt and stupid to make this loan guarantee to they were misled by criminal executives. Holder’s strong suit in his paltry skill set is abuse of process.

This stuff will continue until we get serious with white collar crime, and start treating it for what it is - financial terrorism. The kid gloves need to come off and personal accounts need frozen immediately and international cooperation requested.

It doesn’t make any difference on their politics because these guys always have incestuous relationships with politicians who can pull the wolves off. The richer and more political they are the stronger the relationship. Madoff succeeded because someone like Schumer pulled off the SEC wolves.

Even some conservatives now claim that “greed and avarice” are good. They will say you strive to get the most you can regardless of ethics. I have a colleague who claims to be a big time money donating ultra conservative who thinks that way. We have many arguments. I wouldn’t trust him with my money. Society has replaced ethics with greed and it goes right to the top.

My biggest concern is a government, be it D or R, that would use such prosecution as a political weapon. There needs to be zealousness but fairness and objectivity. The system is corrupt.

Why does the press always treat corporations as objects in these situations and not name the principals? It is people who are unethical and greedy, not the corporations. They should name the top executives and shareholders.

Until we get money out of the political system this is only going to get worse. Politicians are owned or leased and it is all because of the money.

The recent Supreme Court Citizens United decision on unlimited money from corporations and unions is not going to make the USA stronger and less corrupt and more ethical. It is going to turn us into a more pathetic corrupt nation.
