No one was hurt, and nobody has been arrested.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The owner and stockholders were hurt financially.

The insurance company ( and all those who many need to pay higher insurance rates) were hurt.

The taxpayers who will cover the police and investigation expenses were hurt.

And...I am certain it was terrifying any employee on the grounds when this attack happened. They were hurt too.

And...As Obama and his thug union “civilian forces” push the country to the edge of civil chaos the nation and its citizens are hurt.

“Under the Supreme Court’s 1973 Enmons decision, vandalism, assault, even murder by union officials are exempt from federal anti-extortion law. As long as the violence is aimed at obtaining property for which the union can assert a “lawful claim”—for example, wage or benefit increases— the violence is deemed to be in furtherance of “legitimate” union objectives. By the Court’s peculiar logic, such violence does not count as extortion. “

When the "justice" department fails to administer justice, they should not be surprised when others step in to fill the vacuum. Allowing for the 14th Amendment "equal protection", violence directed back at the perpetrators should be equally immune from interference by the "justice" department.

Wow. Breaking and Entering, Unlawful Detainment, Destruction of Private Property, and no one was arrested? That’s remarkable.

I see in a story in our local paper that 12 longshoreman were arrested the previous day when they blocked a train. More would have been arrested but the police were outnumbered and backed off. Law enforcement is definitely not “on their side”, but I don’t understand why many more officers were not present the next morning when this hostage situation occurred.

The arrests are coming. The police were outnumbered. I’m sure the prosecutor is real busy this morning. There are photographs and other evidence.

Hey, bean counter, you’d better head up to Longview and do some on-site objective reporting for us.

Easy mistake to make... they’re cut from the same cloth. Gregoire isn’t quite as weird as Moonbeam, but they’re both far left.

This really should be a front-page story everywhere. Total lawlessness, violence, intimidation - mob rule. No justice.

What does Obama say? (crickets)

Gosh. I’d be afraid to dock my ship in Longview to load or unload. Broke and hungry union thugs have a hard time tearing things up.

Six guards were held hostage for a couple of hours...

Doesn't reach the suspicion of domestic terrorism level that buying more than two flashlights and a Coleman stove at Walmart would bring. It'll be OK with that growling load of excrement, Big Sis.

Even though there have been arrest and will probably be more, this doesn’t let Hoffa Jr. off the hook. I would bet his BS speech is what gave these idiots the guts to do all this violence.

Well I guess we can excuse all the storming, blocking, hostage taking, damage, dumping of others property, and domestic terror by these idiots since it is being referred to as a “wildcat action”.

I know if I tried to do anything similar to storming at the port here - There would be a bullet greeting me before even crossing the guard gate.

These guys are some serious Union thugs, and I thinks its a matter of time before someone gets killed up there. I’m keeping my mouth shut for now, because I don’t want these maniacs coming out looking for me. Something tells me they will not tolerate any criticism.

Modern day Klan. In the finest Democratic tradition possible...

Longshoreman walked off the job at Seattle and Tacoma ports in sympathy.

It’ll be a little further drive for you but I’m sure you’ll look forward to straightening those guys out.
