How can legitimate elections be held locally or nationally without the USPO? Think Nov 2012 especially.
How about the old fashioned way of going to the voting booth?
Mail voting is susceptible to much fraud.
I was on an "out of town" business trip to Florida when a local election occurred in the Pocatello, ID area. My wife sent my ballot in an overnight FedEx envelope. I voted and fired the envelope back overnight to my wife. She dropped it in the local registrar of voters box at the court house.
