The percentage of private sector workers in unions fell to 6.9 percent, down from 7.2 percent, the lowest rate for private sector workers in more than a century, labor historians said.

“Labor” Day is a national holiday for unions and thugs.

I will never celebrate “labor” again. It is officially a sin in my mind and heart. “Labor” is not moral, is not Christian, is not American, is not Patriotic.

I am creating a new national holiday. A day to celebrate the productivity of America’s workforce from the lowliest worker to the owners and CEO...it will take place on September 1st. It will be a symbolic celebration of every business that has had a successful year.

Sounds like to me that Hoffa made “terroristic threats”. If it is true that they are an “army”, then the Teamsters are a terrorist organization. So where is Homeland Security?

“The disloyal opposition”

Used to be the loyal opposition. Now both sides consider each other traitors. The “new normal” in America.

ready to “go to war” with the tea party next year and “take out” Republicans at the ballot box.

"...at the ballot box." 'nuf said. I'm not worried.

The hard truth is that both private and public sector unions, with their strong-arming tactics and Democrat support have done more harm to this country that any other group of people!

And they don't care if manufacturers move operations overseas to avoid unfair wage and benefit demands, they'll just sit at their union halls collecting welfare or Obamafare for 3 years or more.

Union members are pee-brained imbeciles, unwilling and unable to think or negotiate on their own behalf!

Normally, I'd say that declaring war on the people that (a) pay your salaries, and (b) own guns, isn't a smart idea.

In this case, it's a sign of weakness, not strength. The union way of life is not too big to fail. Despite Obama's best efforts, the next President could easily undo everything he's done for the unions. Without the safety blankey of the state to cover the union ass, they'll be exposed to the same economic realities the rest of America faces.

So, this is less about trumpeting the union's strengths, and more a sign of increasing desperation. Intimidation won't work, but Hoffa's toolbag is increasingly limited.

Who started the “war” mr. hoffa?? (small letters intentional)! How about the unions who have demanded more and more and given less and less! Business cannot do business in this country because of the high cost of labor; labor costs being out of control due to collective bargaining of benefits which far outstrip the ability for the business to afford. hoffa is a thug.

Obama's Orks have been sent out all over the country to see about stirring up a little trouble. (Didn't know The Won was really a Community Orkanizer, did ya.) Hoffa is just doing his master's bidding in hopes that it really will be the start of a war.

Look in Rules for Radicals for their instructions on this technique; remember the Cloward Piven Strategy; read The Art of War by Sun Tzu; do not look at the shiny thing and most importantly, do not take the bait.

How does a convicted felon become the head of a a Union? Do they have no standards at all?

Keep in mind Mr. Hoffa Jr. has a long history of shady dealings. See:
