"I’m talking about a jobs program of a trillion dollars or more. We’ve got to put Americans to work. That’s the only way to revitalize this economy. When people work they earn money, they spend that money, and that’s what gets the economy up and going," Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) told NBC's "Meet the Press."

No one handed me my job, my education or the gonads to work at life until it worked for me.
I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and my family didn't give me a damn thing when they passed.
If they put 10,000 jobs into her district most of them would go unfilled. Why should they work when they can get “free money”.
I will agree to infusing money into that district only when the agree to shut off the free money spout at the same time. They can then work or starve.
