Hizzoner dishonors us all with lies & indifference (Bloomberg meltdown in progress...)
NY Post ^ | 9/5/11 | Michael Goodwin

Face it, New York. Our mayor is just not that into us anymore. Bloomy Dearest has checked out and moved on.

The job of mayor is beneath him, and it's no longer worthy of his full attention. Besides, there's no point being a billionaire if you have to follow the same rules as everybody else.

No man who cares about his job or reputation would behave as Bloomberg did. By claiming the right to deceive the public, he recalls the attitude of JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater, who famously grabbed some beers, opened the emergency chute and told the world to "f*&% off."

"After all, savvy New Yorkers know the rule: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

"Savvy New Yorkers" voted the tyrannical putz into office as many times as he's changed parties.

When he finally melts down, my guess is New Yorkers will turn to someone even kookier.

my pre-written response to all things Bloomberg:

Bloomers is a Crony-capitalist, nebbish, poor little rich boy, self hating jew, tiny buttwipe of a man...the only reason he is probably not a fag (the jury is still out) is that he has the greatest aphrodisiac of all time, billions of dollars....he decries the 2nd amendment, but whines about how the enemy’s first amendment rights to worship are being usurped....even though Islam is NOT a religion but a murder cult.. © Vaquero 2010-2011

Wanna frighten Bloomberg?
Print out the text of the Second Amendment and plaster it all over Times Square.

“leaving to pursue private sector oppurtunities in infrastructure finance”. In other words, he went jail. Nice

And the winner for best use of euphemism is,

drumroll. . .Michael Bloomberg.

Like Clinton(rape and perjury), Bammy(Chicago home bribe-financed & hidden passport/birth/school records), Cheney(first aid and a hushup attempt after accidentally shooting) and Nixon, “when the President does it, that means it is not illegal.”

I am no fan of Bloomie's, by any means, but let's me honest here..to some extent..NYC is an overwhelmingly Democrat...liberal Democrat..kook-fringe Democrat..city..like 99.9% of elected officials are Dems...anyone remember Mayor Dinkins..the pogroms?..when he ordered the polioe to do nothing for several days while Crown Heights tore itself apart.

Rudy turned the city around, and I thank God that he was mayor on 9/11..Bloomie is no bargain, but he's far superior to any of the Dems that have tried to beat him...and just wait until he's gone..when you look at the list of Dems who can't wait to run NYC into the ground..well...

Dinkins was terrible. And Bloomberg could care less about crime in the subways or in the boroughs apart from Manhattan. He spends half his time at his homo getaway on Bermuda and the rest of his time lecturing us about salt and trans-fats in that annoying gay lisp of his. The ‘Rat who will be the next mayor will pick up where Bloomberg left off.

Every Lib in any position of authority from the DMV to the Oval Office seems to come under the same delusion that they’re Emperor.

I've read in several places that Ray Kelly is probably the most likely person to succeed Bloomberg as mayor of NYC.

I have no idea how good or bad a mayor Kelly would be, but there's no way you can say with any certainty that this A-hole Bloomberg would be a better guy to have in that office.

No..the career Dems have been waiting years to get control of City Hall..all the power, and patronage it brings...there will be a bloody Dem primary...

ethnic and racial politics will decide it..Kelly doesn't have the $$ that Bloomie did...
