So many questions....so little curiosity in the MSM!
It’s kinda like the “quick trip” to the soccer game that wasn’t being played.
meeting someone or collecting someone?
Bad weather?
Checking radar...where?
Almanac only showing 0.01in of precip so far today for Thurmont?
” ( - - - News a bad weather call was made - - - . ) “
Jay Carney must be already on weekend vaycay as he left out the buzz word of the week, “ completely. “
I agree. The story doesn't make sense.
I have been in Montgomery County MD all day and the weather has been almost perfect. It is clear and sunny with no wind or rain. What is this supposed weather problem?
I sense we are being lied to. Again.
I understand that the weather event was reported to the pilots before they even left. Why would they even leave?
Why not just take a motorcade?
Seems a bit strange.
No...they received alternate orders.
Now wondering if there was a threat.
They should have taken the Baraqqi Bus of Doom, LOL
I swear that was my very first thought after reading the headline...
No photographers on motorcade. Wanted to avoid traffic in DC Friday evening of Labor Day?
“I have been in Montgomery County MD all day and the weather has been almost perfect.”
Driving to Camp David seems like a strange thing to do on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, when lots of people leave work early thereby increasing road congestion.
It's a fine late-summer day here. Visibility at KFDK is 10 miles.
There's more to this story. As usual, someone is lying.

There was no press with Pres Obama - and no White House photorapher either. If there are no pictures, does it mean it didn’t happen?

It suggests Secret Service was prepared at alternatie landing site with motorcade vehicles for Obama. He just doesn’t hail a cab.

Marine One landed at an alternative site outside D.C., and a motorcade took the Pres & daughter the rest of the way to Camp David.

Due to bad weather, Pres. Obama’s Marine One flight to Camp David was diverted and he & daughter Sashsa motorcaded the rest of the way.

Turns out there’s bad weather around Camp David, so Marine One took President off-site to his motorcade and then he flew safely to CDavid

At camp David, Wookies get ticks and fleas
I noticed that in the article too. I have never heard of a situation where 10 mph winds and no precipitation caused a weather emergency that would require a helicopter to be diverted and require a motorcade.
The only explanation that makes sense is that we are being lied to.
Sounds as though they stopped to motorcade because they picked up a visitor. Things being what they are, no doubt someone from the Muslim Brotherhood.
Probably had to stop and pick up Reggie Love.
