The NBC and ABC morning shows on Friday indicated a growing impatience with not knowing Sarah Palin's presidential plans. NBC's Chuck Todd declared of the Labor Day holiday, "I think one thing about Sarah Palin is that this is her last weekend to cry wolf, essentially."
Over on Good Morning America, George Stephanopoulos talked to reporter John Berman and insisted, "But, as you point out, the longer she stays out [of the 2012 race], actually, the less relevant she becomes."
The ex-Alaska governor will be visiting New Hampshire and Iowa over the long weekend. Berman expressed bewilderment about Palin's intentions, endorsing a late night comedian's insults: "Maybe the comics have the best idea of what she's doing.
He then played a clip of host Jimmy Kimmel dismissing, "Sarah Palin says she's studying a possible presidential bid still. She says she's weighing all of her option, should be ready to make a decision by December of 2012."
Speaking of Palin, NBC's Todd lectured Palin to reveal her motives: "She needs to do something. She can't just simply say, "'Hey, I'm still thinking about it.' This race will pass her by if that's it."

ABC Chides Money-’Obsessed’ Candidates’ Fourth of July, Gushed Over Obama in 2007
July 05, 2011
Good Morning America’s John Berman on Tuesday offered a condescending, dismissive take on how the money “obsessed” presidential candidates spent their Fourth of July. Yet, four years ago, the same program offered a fawning look at what Barack Obama did on Independence Day.
After mentioning Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich, Berman suggested that the Fourth of July could be “a chance to take a break from their recent big obsession, cash.”
The journalist quickly followed this up by noting that the President has raised $60 million. Berman pointedly explained, “...Though he spent the day with men and women whose value is beyond priceless.” (This was a reference to Obama’s speech to U.S. troops at a barbeque.)

The LameStream press can suck it.
My prediction: Sarah will not run for President.
Sarah is considering running for Senator from Arizona.
Sarah will definitely be a playah for years to come—she need not run NOW. Hell, the girl is only, what, 46? Young enough to bide her time.
I love Sarah, just don’t think she will pull the trigger on a presidential run this time. She has a good life right now.
We did witness a few Palin supporters here at FR throw Sarah under the bus over the last few days. 1 fellow said he was burning his travel tickets for Iowa trip because of the initial story from WSJ Blog Wed morning, hopefully he returned to his sanity!
I want her to run also, but figure she is smart in being patient and allowing Perry to get beat up a bit. If she announced on Saturday, people would demand she enter the Sept 7 debate etc, so whatever she does she will be critiqued!
Go Sarah!!! I think if she really comes out against Perry (even not mentioning him by name) that should give us all enough encouragement that she is running!
oh she is SOOOOOOOO getting even with Katie
Go ahead, MSM - make her stop.
‘Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in 1979 anymore,’ ...
If she’s irrelevant then why are they talking about her? Incessantly? Doesn’t that make THEM irrelevant? Oh. Wait. They already are. They found someone that won’t jump through their hoops.
That’s one of the ideas floating about. I call it the Rove Dark Horse Theory (my name, not my original idea). In an attempt to answer the question, why is Rove and company trying so hard to get her to tip her hand early, some have proposed that Rove has a dark horse whom he wants to go in last, because going in last has significant strategic value. If he can pressure Palin to act prematurely, that leaves room for a last second entry by his purported dark horse. Who might that be? Christie? Jeb Bush? No one knows. But it does make some sense out of all the high pressure tactics aimed at getting an early signal from Palin.
Lots of effort to draw her offside, yes, but so far, no flag, and Team Palin still firmly in control of the ball.
I’ve noticed that too. Sarah has given her tentative timetable for an announcement, one way or the other. If it happens before that time, great, if not - wait. Don’t let the ankle biters, LSM, et al., use your impatience to sew dissension in the ranks.
D-Day prep didn’t happen overnight.
If you’re a supporter of hers, take her at her word. Those who are saying they’re done were probably never supporters to begin with.
I'm sure hoping she gets in but if she doesn't it will be interesting to watch the other candidates trying to curry her favor.
Re-Elect President Sarah Palin 2016.
Elect the two time Vice President, Marco Rubio, President 2020.
Like the Chinese, it's always good to have a long range plan.
Well, sure, that’ll put a quick end to the “Perry Endorsement Theory.” But then they’ll fall back to “she’ll become a cheerleader for Bachmann,” or some such nonsense. We have to face the truth. Some of our folks won’t ever come in from the cold, even after she’s sworn in ... for a second term.
To bad. Wish we were.
---Worry bout Barack Nojobsama and not Sarah
---The poor dears. They still just dont know what to do
---I iz, N Ur Haed taknig up allz Ur T0ughtz!!!
---So according to NBC, she is irrelevant, yet they are covering her and are begging her to make a decision
---making MSM heads explode from coast to coast
Sarah Palin, Expert Media Troller!
---But man, do I love watching the MFM and the pundit class lose their collective crap over her
---They just dont seem to know the tune and it is driving them crazy, oops, crazier!
---But now, I'd love to see her make everyone squirm just a little longer.
---I just like the idea of the MSM pumping money into following her around hoping for that big scoop
---oh she is SOOOOOOOO getting even with Katie
---Go ahead, MSM - make her stop
---Toto, I have a feeling were not in 1979 anymore,
---Lots of effort to draw her offside, yes, but so far, no flag, and Team Palin still firmly in control of the ball.
---Dont let the ankle biters, LSM, et al., use your impatience to sew dissension in the ranks
They chase Sarah here...
They stalk Sarah there...
Those libtards follow her everywhere. Will she run?
or not...they grouse
They don't want Sarah, in the White House
Well, it’s September, you know? I keep saying please let it cool off some. And then a couple dsys it stayed in the 70s and I was hoping the heat was pretty much gone. So today, we laid down for a nap and when we woke up, it was 90 again...and I said whoa! Hey, weather, stop messing around already!
And guess what the weather said.
.
.
.
It’s still 90.
I figure Sarah is a lot like the weather. Yelling at her and whining about her won’t do a lick of good. So just sit back and enjoy it.
Shine on, Sarah!
Palin should announce the day after Obama’s speech.
Just like during her bus tour, theyre crying because Sarah wont tell them where shes going.
&&&&&
Well said!
And they are chomping at the bit to start bashing Candidate Palin.
John Fund has been quoted today as saying that she isn’t running because she doesn’t have “an organization” set up. Don’t they get that Sarah does not want to be, or plan to be under the control of “political experts.”
CSPAN is scheduled to show the Iowa Tea Party Rally from 12 to 2 tomorrow. I wonder if they will show the size of the crowd? I wonder if they will hide microphones so viewers will not hear the roar of the crowd?
She does have a team. It is small and all people that she trusts. I don’t know if you remember but she said her campaign would be grassroots.
