And even then Obama wouldn’t know what do to with that manure, either. Can he use it as fertilizer for growing crops? Or turn it into biomass for biofuels or compressed natural gas?

I remember this in every presdency. As the media starts to turn on them the cartoons get sillier.
Carter was drawn especially BAD. He went from a big toothy smile character to an oafish clown very quickly
