Funny, some of the customers of our small business got the same results by taking the work and moving it to China (or Mexico or wherever).
It’s not always about the money. Sometimes it really pays to have something done right the first time even if it cost more up-front.
But hey, what do I know ....

This is outrageous, and intolerable. The Iranians should storm the Chinese embassy and kidnap and humiliate their personnel until the Chinese apologize for this insult and make restitution.
