The NLRB is out of control and sticking their nose into issues that are not their domain. If the Republicans control all three branches of government, one of the first things they should do is toss all of the people on the board and start over. Start on day one getting rid of all Obama’s Czars and his various boards.

Exactly. So, too, will all other aspects of the federal government. That was precisely the point of how Obamacare was drafted - if it stands up in the Supreme Court, then nothing will be safe from federal meddling, nothing, because if you string together enough inferences, you can eventually connect every single human activity to some sort of economic effect, and hence regulable by the federal government under the Commerce Clause if the individual mandate in Obamacare stands up in the Supreme Court.
