US President Obama sent a letter Wednesday to Chairman of the house of Representatives John Boehner and to the leader of the Democrat majority in the Senate Harry Reid, in which he proposes a rehabilitation plan for the American economy. The president recommends strengthening small businesses, reintroducing American citizens into the work circle, increasing the wages of the middle class, and reducing the government deficit.

Reminds me of a story from some years ago. My ex-spouse owed me some money, as he was getting behind on court-ordered payments. A clause in the divorce decree said that some years later, I would have to pay him a certain dollar amount of the home equity. The purpose of deferring that was so that the kids could continue to live at that address and attend the same schools. He suggested that I refinance the house and loan him the money and then he would pay it back to me to cover what he owed me at the time.
He should have run for the WH.
