Less than two hours after Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley was involved in a physical altercation with another justice, she walked into her Madison condo to find her husband making dinner.
Most nights, the two kiss before asking how the other's day went. But that didn't happen on the night of June 13. Instead, Bradley started sobbing, to the point "she couldn't talk," actions out of character for her, as she is not "normally" a person who is quick to cry, her husband, Mark Bradley, would later tell investigators.
Bradley finally described an exchange with Justice David Prosser that had occurred earlier that night: "Dave put his hands around my neck to choke me," she said.
What transpired during the next 11 days before the incident was reported to the Dane County Sheriff's Office appears to have been a futile attempt by Bradley to gain support for her idea to keep the incident private in exchange for Prosser receiving counseling for anger management issues, which, Bradley hoped, would improve workplace safety at the state Supreme Court.

—would have put a “barf alert” on this but the title was stretching the limit-—
Four of the six justices who witnessed the exchange told investigators Bradley "charged" Prosser, prompting him to protect himself

This rag has “progressive” under its title. Need I say more..........
“(Four of the six justices who witnessed the exchange told investigators Bradley “charged” Prosser, prompting him to protect himself.)”
This wasn’t mentioned until the second to tghe last paragraph. Great journalism indeed.
Birds gotta fly...
RATS gotta tax...
And the Capital Crimes gotta lie!
Not only that, but right after the incident happened, while everyone was still in the room, Justice Roggensack told Bradley she wasn't acting like herself and said, "You didn't have to rush at Dave." Bradley clearly was acting like a raving lunatic. Why isn't she being investigated and removed?
There’s a void in the rules alright. No ramifications for initiating an act of physical intimidation in order to dominate and belittle a coworker.
as she is not "normally" a person who is quick to cry, her husband, Mark Bradley, would later tell investigators.
Now that is yet another hoot. The investigators made note that Bradley broke down and cried several times during their interviews (they went back and interviewed her a second time, because her story didn't square, at all, with other testimony).
“Why isn’t she being investigated and removed’.....The answer to that is obvious. Because she is a woman and a liberal and Prosser is a conservative white man. In cases with those facts, it is always presumed in MadiStan, Wi. that the man is at fault. Even Chief Tubbs said as much when he said a man can’t put his hands on a woman under any circumstance.
Except the mandatory disclaimer at the very end: "Four of the six justices who witnessed the exchange told investigators Bradley "charged" Prosser, prompting him to protect himself."
This is an obscene article from an obscene author in a thoroughly obscene publication.
Talk about burying the lead... in paragraph 31 out of 32 paragraphs, and then to put the damning detail in parentheses. I guess this “Progressive Voice” just didn’t want anyone to get the wrong idea... er the truth!
It also looks like Margaret Brady, the HR officer, and Bradley are in cahoots. It’s pretty clear where she stands when she tells Bradley Prosser is a ‘classic abuser’ when it’s Bradley who charged him with a raised fist. I like how Brady shows up at meetings taking notes as a clear act of intimidation, then claims that Prosser was intimidating her when he asked why she was there.
Classic, classic liberals.
Not guilty by reason of ovaries.
Also, when it came to depositions, Bradley walked the choking claim back. She’s a slanderer but at least she’s not a perjurer. Meanwhile, Prosser will always be known as the Justice who tried to choke another Justice.

Whatever Prosser did it was in self-defense.
The giveaway here is that she has a househusband.
