Not quite official — the HOA screwed up my close.
I am now slated to close next week, contractor gets it all redone to Mrs. FD’s specs (we met with him this last weekend), move mid-Oct.
I am a Texan in my heart which is why I changed my flag after my offer was accepted.
I got back here to Richmond after Irene — power outages to the left and the right but power here is OK!
Looking forward to starting my new life as a Texan, I assure you!
