Prosecutor decides not to file charges against Wis. Supreme Court justice in choking incident
Not sure the reason you asked, and I don’t know the answer, but she is viewed as a Republican-leaning prosecutor.
The liberals will scream coverup, no doubt, but I don’t think the Right will complain that Bradley was let off or anything like that. The issue for the prosecutor was to determine whether an assault had taken place, not whether to charge someone for lying about it, e.g., Bradley.
The Judicial Commission should get into that, however, i.e., whether malicious lies were told regarding a sitting Justice.
I just noticed the “same name”. I just wondered. Thanks for the information.
How about a lowly circuit judge who gets drunk and breaks into a rival’s office, trashes it, and drives home - stating that he “just doesn’t like him” when caught?
Surely we can trust such a man to be fair and honest, and to never allow anything like the removal of inhibitions from causing him to do terrible things to those he just doesn’t like.
Oh, wait - you say that being on the bench doesn’t really have many inhibitions?
I have little respect for the judiciary’s ability to police itself, from the ground up.
Not enough union money left to buy off the judge or fix the jury.
Well, now. Who amongst us didn't see this coming? Protect the LibTards at all costs! And she'll not suffer one tiny bit, nor will she apologize after trashing Judge Prosser! Beotch.
