BTW..has anyone else noticed the new meme coming from the presstitutes that ‘our form of government doesn’t work’? I have heard several of the usual media suspects lamenting our constitutional republic of late. It seems as if they are prepping the masses and laying the groundwork for marxist tyranny in a more open way these days.
Ah, but surely the hurricanes and earthquakes recently on the east coast would never have happened without global warming. Summer is apparently a new phenomenon that did not occur until the advent of the automobile.
The warmists apparently long for the good old days when most of the North American Continent was covered year round in a 2000 foot high sheet of ice.
Nah... they long for the future communist utopia.

I continuously run into this insanity with my online high school science students. I have revised the course so that the reality that the Earth’s temperature has not increaed in over a decade is made clear to them. Yet they still will make comments about “global warming” or the “warming of the Earth” like it is a settled fact. They have heard it so many times that they just can’t even comprehend the actual facts.
Global warming causes war ping.
If Obama takes their side even the slightest possibility of an economic recovery by next fall goes away. And yet I’m not at all sure that he won’t do it.

More cover for the “chosen one”. I can remember the later days of the fiasco known as the Carter Administration when the chattering class was full of profound discussions of how the Presidency had grown to be too much of a job for any one individual.
And then along came Ronald Reagan, who both revived the American economy to its leadership position on the globe, and took down the Evil Empire, all while (supposedly) napping 20 hours a day and nibbling on jelly beans the rest of the time.
I truly despise the liberal establishment, and especially its lickspittle branch in the MSM.
