(CNSNews.com) - Sept. 30 is the deadline for thousands of American businesses -- including power plants, petroleum refineries, landfills and large engine manufacturers -- to report their greenhouse gas emissions to the U.S. government for the first time.

The EPA on Monday announced a new tool that will allow 7,000 companies in “all sectors” of the U.S. economy to submit their greenhouse gas pollution data electronically.

Electronic submission of the data is supposed to make the process easier. But the reporting process is complex and cumbersome.

For starters, the EPA's ‘Frequently-Asked Questions” Web page includes 21 sections that cover 390 FAQs. (The questions cover everything from the definition of a “facility,” to “storage tank emissions reported in Subpart Y,” to methods for measuring the “composition of the CO2 stream.”)

What if ALL the businesses got together and said shove it where the sun don’t shine.

What would the a-holes do, arrest them all, throw them all in jail?

END THE EPA NOW!

Want to close a facility? Hack the EPA's system and submit some false data.

The EPA will shut them down and ignore any truth that pops up later.

Scumbags at the EPA manage to do a lot of damage on a 20 billion dollar budget.

Of course, the collection of whackos and degenerate egghead freaks that work there get off on destroying capitalism and work cheap.

390 Frequently Asked Questions? Hahahaha! I mean, you can’t make this stuff up! I’d hate to see the Not-so-frequently Asked Questions. 390 questions, that’s all you need to know about these idiotic regulations.

This forces any American business to confess they pollute by the standards fabricated by the EPA. That establishes criteria for the EPA to fine the American companies whom have responded as required by that government entity.

As the Leftist government uses our money to our demise as citizens, eliminate our freedoms, etc. the Left is using similar skullduggery to entrap our American entrepreneurs.
