He didn’t pass it through Congress, even though he had overwhelming majorities for almost two years, because there were not enough votes. He also didn’t do it by regulation, because that would take time and be subject to public comment and other messy procedures.
Instead, Obama simply has issued an internal policy not to deport illegal aliens other than those who have committed some other serious crime.
Janet Napolitano tried to justify the change based on the need to focus on violent criminals and couched the change in the language of prosecutorial discretion. Those excuses were flat out pretexts; each of the justifications has existed for years. This is simply part of Obama’s 2012 campaign, as he hopes to gain votes in states with large Hispanic populations.

Rick Perry is totally vulnerable on this issue, and 100% compromised. He is an Open Borders Lobby Bidness-Wing RiNO. That is the open secret the MSM has been covering up for him.
His biggest campaign contributors, with whom he went into hugger-mugger mugwump-caucus just days ago, are in the homebuilding, grocery, chicken-packing, and other low-wage industries in Texas and the Southwest. He will not squeak against their interest in beaucoup hammer-swingers and chicken-pluckers surging across the borders every damned day.

Let's start with an audit. A rubber-gloves audit.
Make them vote. Public, open, they can't avoid the roll call. Make them vote for Obama and stand by Obama in public, in an election year, after your House impeachment managers have read out a bill of particulars against Obozo for fraud and abuse of power that will curl voters' hair.
The 'Rat slaves will vote for their masters but the independents will puke themselves dry, if you put it all in the street where they can look at it and Obozo can't cover it up.
Remember, Gore blamed Clinton's impeachment for his loss in 2000. Which certainly worked for me, however we arrived at it.
L/E needs to rigorously scrutinize La Raza. L/E might be looking at the parameters of criminality including: fiduciary negligence; illegal conversions of govt money; facilitating govt fraud; official acts prohibited; misuse of public funds; misuse of govt position; abuse of govt power; conflict of interest; influence buying; conspiracy to deceive; kickbacks; misuse of elective office, collusion, conspiracy to collude; presenting false instruments for filing; forgery; extortion and health-care fraud. Other crimes might include:
(1) insiders creating phony projects that siphon off tax dollars;
(2) misrepresenting allocations to oversight committees;
(3) accounting fraud;
(4) taking secret equity position in companies doing business with La Raza;
(5) illegal sales/leasing of property to insiders;
(6) illegal conversions of federal monies;
(7) putting phantom employees on the payroll;
(8) phony budget items: “building, maintenance, administrative, legal fees.”

BTW, if Obama's action pushes the immigration issue to the front burner again, the guess here is that Rick Perry stands to loose ground and Michelle Bachmann stands to gain ground in the GOP primary races.
What would be the point of granting them citizenship. That only gives them the right to vote once. As residents without documentation (illegal aliens), they can be whoever they want to be, and vote for them, even if they’re dead.

This is a disaster. This is rule by fiat. Why have a congress pass laws when you can be dictator and do it yourself?
