I would love to see a Sheriff Joe “Posse” assigned to arrest all the illegals that ICE releases, rather than deports.
Put them all back in the outdoor jail. If the criminals want to go back to their native Country, they can leave the same way they got in, by walking across the boarder under supervision of the posse.

All the executive branch agencies do the president's bidding, though it usually less visible than this. One example is the semi-automatic firearm importation "ban" that Bush 41 stuck us with. He didn't even bother with an executive order, he just told the ATF director what he wanted (but at least that *was* already covered by pre-existing legislation, he just told ATF to tighten-up their interpretation of said law).
That’s why I’ve worked my way down to ICE. It seems the republicans are all to happy to let the boy King do whatever the heck he wants. We have NO Republic. We have a King and a bunch of jesters.
What law allows Obama to give out work permits to illegals???? It may be there in one of those dozen or so "temporary worker" programs we have already. Make no mistake, his legal staffers, sharpened pencils at the ready, are preparing for possible legal challenges. I wonder if they found a loophole in one of those 3,000 page monstrosities they passed without reading.
If Obama or a RINO is elected POTUS in 2012, some time before 2016 they will be back with the even greater numbers of semi-legal (with work permits, they won't be able to say "living in the shadows" with a straight face - or will they?) "immigrants" who need voting rights, which of course they will exchange for a promise to "secure the border."
Work permits for illegals when 9% plus of US citizens, including hispanics with 11% unemployment (I suspect that some of this number are really illegal), are officially unemployed? The real number is much higher. Depending on how many of these "work permits" they hand out, this move could make these official unemployment numbers go up.
It's true that Obama could secretly order the agencies to fudge the numbers, but if voters are not too gullible, they can figure out that we are at historically high unemployment.

Let’s not forget-—La Raza gets millions of tax dollars-—that subjects them to certain federal laws.
I didn’t forget, but Obama will just install full blown amnesty if he feels he can get away with it, in which case, start looking for another country to live in, because this one is doomed!
I would love that, but you know all the Dems in the senate would vote against impeachment, and they have more than half.

I have been in the US for 40 years last Saturday...
Lets look again at the REAL process...
When I decided I wanted to immigrate to the US I applied to the American Embassy and was given a list of requirements that I had to satisfy..
These included a complete medical from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet and all points in between (paid for by me)
a blood test to check for any diseases or illnesses
a chest xray to check for TB etc (paid for by me)
a small pox shot (paid for by me)
Fees (paid for by me)
Prove I had the equivilant of $US1,000 (to live on until I got my Green Card or to pay my own way home if I was deported.)
a criminal background check etc
documents filled out and sworn to and signed by me which included
*a statement that I understood if I applied for welfare etc or benefits of any kind from the US government I would be deported
*a statement that I understood if I committed a felony I WOULD be deported
*a statement that I understood that if I commit any misdemeanor I COULD be deported
*a statement that I understood I must not work until I received my Alien Registration Card (Green Card)or I WOULD be deported
etc
etc
etc
After jumping through ever required hoop I entered the US on August 13, 1971
BTW I wish that Mark Davis who guest hosted for Rush yesterday had not said he agreed with everything that caller at about 1PM EST told him

He was wrong...but Mark Davis didnt catch it or didnt know..
