Former Bush advisor Karl Rove says he believes former Alaska governor Sarah Palin will enter the Republican presidential race sometime around Labor Day. Appearing on Fox News Saturday morning, Rove said Palin "has a schedule next week that looks like that of a candidate, not a celebrity." Rove also cited a new campaign-style video Palin has released on her recent visit to the Iowa State Fair as evidence Palin is gearing up for a run.

Yeah, I had a few hours of worry last week as well. Now I’m back to being convinced that she’s 100% right to hold off as long as she’s holding off. Perry’s getting exposed at this point, and it’s good if he and Mitt can get in a dust up or two.
I was a little worried when she seemed to be egging Obama on re: Libya, but glad to see that she pulled back on that and even seemed to switch to a less interventionalist FP advisor. My only area of potential disappointment on the policy side will be if she doesn’t come out strong and explicitly enough on illegal immigration.
“One of Obamas major problems is that he has an incompetent inner circle.”

Nay, from his standpoint they are perfect, his goal is to destroy America and they are doing a great job of that. Stop judging these people as you would someone who wants to do what is right.
well said...but also a reminder of just how ugly of an election process we must be prepared for. some people will stop at nothing to make sure Palin and everything she embodies does not succeed.

LOL...If Rove is now saying she’ll run, I guess she isn’t!
Yep, Rove and others like him are political prostitutes. Their loyalty is for rent.
I don't see this happening. They are both beautiful, articulate, and dynamic, but there is a world of difference in their records. Palin's record is a proven one of reform, leadership and executive ability, budget restraint, and integrity. In over two years, no attempt to expose ANYTHING in her record that was not a good thing for the people she served. I proudly voted for her for governor, and I will crawl over broken glass to vote for her again. (Note tagline)
Bachmann's record is much briefer, less weighty, and there is still the possibility of some negative yet to be exploited by the left.
Wishful Thinking?
Aug 21st thru 27th: This next week will be filled with hints of Sarah announcing on 3 Sept in Iowa. This will allow Sarah to use the MSM to drive the narrative/excitement by releasing hints in her own patented way. The MSM will have no choice but cover it on a daily, if not hourly basis. This process will dial up the excitement we here are experiencing and begin to seep out into the entire country. She will have one, maybe two more appearances on FOX and resign by the 27th of Aug. The O4P insurgent armies will be unleashed to garner as many attendees as possible to attend, 10,000 may be the low end of attendance. We will hear more about what Sarah may do than what current candidates are doing. I like to call this the oxygen depletion factor. She will then own the next week.
Aug 28th thru Sept 3rd: The first few days of this week continue the suspense; it will build when she again starts her bus up on Wed or Thur. A few days of driving through small Iowa towns, meeting the men and women of this country that she actually loves and cares about (versus needs by others), performing retail politics like only our Sarah can. Contrast the optics of this short bus trip with the one the current occupant of her next residence just undertook. This trip will not be funded by the tax payers, it will not be filled with excuses, it will not be in a black bus/hearse, but with a bus that that actually highlights the exceptionalism of the American people and its constitution. It will be showcasing a woman more concerned about the people of this country versus one concerned with only his job. On 3 Sept Sarah will give the most beautiful and honest speech by any candidate throwing their hat in the ring, ever.
Sept 4th thru Sept 10th: The bus will start back up on Sunday/Monday and head west to Simi Valley CA. She will stop at small towns, large cities, rest stops, diners, Wal-Mart, (The Grand Canyon?) just like you or I would do on a trip. She will continue with her smiles, hugs, and handshakes with the American people. These actions the first few days will continue the excitement all the way up to the debates on 7 Sept at the Reagan library. Her principles, capabilities, honesty, and love for this country will be then be showcased during the debate. The debate will end with glaring examples of the difference between current/and future candidates. The American people will then begin their deliberations for the next leader of our country. The one big difference between this campaign and her last will be she is in charge, doing it her way, going rogue.
I don’t care what this jackass says. Rove and his fellow Cocktail Party “buddies” , Krauthammer , Kristol , Morris and a few other insignificant, clueless dinosaurs can get lost.
Yeah, I didn’t get the poster’s comment about reaching out to Hillary, of all people. The ultimate boring, incompetent political hack who has sold out Israel to the crazed Egyptian masses. She needs to be sent off to the glue factory. And Sarah’s just the kind of tough dame to do it!
Yes, but she (the poster, not Hillary) is a 150% Palin supporter—so we can all agree on that!
Yes, it’s nice to know we’re all on the same page when it comes to the Divine Sarah, as I call her.
The one thing we know for sure about Palin’s foreign policy is that she is very PRO Israel! Praying God’s protection for Sarah and her family.
RUN SARAH! RUN!
Be AT THE READY! She 'will' be announcing.
We will need all the help we can get. We are looking for volunteers in any capacity.
