Who Is Behind the ‘US Day of Rage’ to ‘Occupy’ Wall Street this September 17th?

What, exactly, is a “US Day of Rage?” Well, on September 17th we may find out for certain, but until then, The Blaze is revealing what information does exist about this very nefarious-sounding campaign.

A US Day of Rage is the title given to a day of ostensibly “non-violent” civil disobedience orchestrated by a group of radicals — that reportedly include SEIU’s Stephen Lerner and ACORN founder Wade Rathke (who, coincidentally, formerly served as president of SEIU’s local New Orleans branch) — targeting Wall Street and U.S. capitalism. It’s worth noting that the title of the movement — if its intentions are indeed non-violent in nature — appears to contradict itself slightly.

But what is perhaps even more interesting than its title is who is allegedly behind the movement.

I know this is mean, but I am hoping these “radicals” bring their tents and try to take over NYC.

NYPD has absolutely NO tolerance for that kind of crap....even if they’re on your side (I remember going down to Ground Zero when Imanutjob was supposedly going there to “pay his respects”).

There was no way in heck we were going to allow him to step foot on that sacred ground. We set up in front of the entrance, NYPD removed us, said we couldn’t set up shop there. So we moved ourselves away from the entrance, still within the “corridor”...again they moved us, said we had to be outside the “corridor”.

So we set ourselves up right at the corner of the “corridor”. They knew why we were there and agreed and were grateful. Some lost friends on 9/11. They KNEW if that a$$hole showed up, there would be big trouble.

Well, he didn’t show (Thank God because I probably would have been shot preventing him from stepping foot on that ground).

Point is, NYPD does NOT put up with ANY protest crap....they like to “pen us in”....even did so at our protest the mosque at Ground Zero. Also at the Israel Parade. Since I had a sign, I was considered a “protester” and had to stand in the “protester pen”.

I was actually shocked when I learned there were anti-Israel protesters there.

I was the 'new kid' at seven different schools growing up.
Didn't make me Samson, but you learn to stand your ground or lose it.
And while being callously 'mean' is usually a sign of one flavor or another of loser,
whining about it or venturing outdoors with too-thin skin will only make things worse.
It's human nature.

EVERY 'culture' in existence is reticent toward noobs in their midst.
One gains respect and trust by earning it, and that has little to do with signup dates.
We've had some true @holes w/90s signups that have (rightfully) gotten the zot.

There are pockets of resistance around every major urban area.  And come SHTF day, some will stay regardless, but a lotta those folks might find that being relatively safe with their own kind beats being firebombed or flashmobbed at the fancy museum/art gallery/opera house.

Because in the end, there are no cultural venues without a viable civilization underpinning them, and the goal of this marxist filth is to unleash the savages to destroy that very foundation.
