We know more about Presidents who died 175 years ago than we know about Barack 0bama.

I know exactly what I’m talking about. Yes we know more about presidents who died 175 years ago than we know about ANY president in the TV era. TV changed how campaigns work. Long treatises for analysis were replaced by soundbites and slogans. The Obama situation is no different than anybody in the post Kennedy era. We don’t know a damn thing about our presidents anymore, it’s been that way for 50 years, nice that you finally noticed.
