Without a doubt. Looks like a 17” frame to me, maybe even a 15”, and Obama would need somewhere in the neighborhood of a 19” or 21” in a hybrid. It’s a horrible fit with the saddle too low the stem too high (even for a hybrid) and the saddle is way too close to the bars. I promise that it’s not one of my bike fits.
