This is good, the way the law works, you can not push back or set precedent, unless you challenge actions (not a lawyer)

I was hoping O’Donnell would have smarten up by now. But when you agree to be interviewed by a viper expect to be bitten.

I wish her well against Soros, but she appears to be the same ole’ thin-skinned Chrissy.

They lied, said she was a criminal who committed criminal acts as to fraud involving her campaign funds.

She was investigated by the feds and given a clean bill of health on the accusations.

>>>Wonder if she even has a case, what damages?

How ‘bout IRS revoking any special tax statuses of every group connected to that POS Soros?

Yea, but damages?

I don’t think you can claim not wining an election damages because she may not have won regardless.

Don’t get me wrong, I think there should be a law that if someone lies or there is fraud, the responsible person should have to pay 50% of everything the candidate spent during the election, regardless whether they win or loose.

I am down with that, but I know from experience you have to show cause and effect and actual damages and not imaginary ones.

what will be telling is what Soros will refuse to produce in discovery, this action opens his whole organization up to public display, who does business with, imagine the names...

Judge just gave the OK for a failed dem candidate to sue a conservative group, for an ad they never ran. But the LSM picked it up and ran with it as news. He claims it hurt his campaign and is seeking damages.

You can sue for lots of stuff in the US, but the award is zero, you have to prove damages.

The only likely thing they get is a reprimand from the judge saying not to do it again.

No, it opens her to discovery, She can only request for discovery from him that is relevant.

It doesn’t open up his entire organization, I wish.

LOL. Christine O' Donnell was not going to win that Senate seat even if she had suddenly discovered the cure for cancer and miracles followed her wherever she went. The woman is a flake, has too much personal baggage, had already ditched the GOP to run a 3rd party bid when she lost a Senate primary in 2006, and is otherwise completely unacceptable as a statewide candidate to the public in Delaware.

As to her lawsuit, she also sued a conservative group for 6.9 million claiming mental anguish, so I wouldn't trust O'Donnell any further than I could throw her. Still, since I do hate CREW and detest Soros I will give COD the benefit of the doubt and wish her the best of luck.

And if she stormed of Piers Morgan show it is just going to make her look more petty and ridiculous than she already does. She should have known exactly what she was getting into appearing on such a program and been ready to deal with it.
