Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan emphasized that the bus wasn’t purchased solely for the president and would be used for other dignitaries in the future So they are trying to get me to believe this was on the Secret Service shopping list even if he didn't have this bus tour? For dignitaries in the future... yeah sure!

Right after he got congress to raise the debt limit, Obama then goes on a debt raising deficit tour of the US, which is actually his 2012 presidential camoaign. We are paying for it. We don’t have any say on it. This is his private party funded by us

Just to elaborate on these buses: They are also available for the Republican nominee. I would advise, in the strongest terms possible, that they Republican candidate in 2012 not use these buses. Let Obama look like the dark overlord he thinks he is riding around in the Darth Vadar-esque bus.
