President Barack Obama said the federal health care law’s individual mandate.......“should not be controversial.”

Proof positive that he is no Constitutional scholar (as if we needed more proof).

“should not be controversial.”

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a more arrogant utterance in my life.

It leaves “let them eat cake” in the dust.

“should not be controversial.”

Just do as I say. The law be damned.

Obama can be tone deaf, if those are the right words, to describe how blind he seems to reality. Doesn’t he remember the struggle over healthcare, and the fact that the whole darn bill was controversial? Each individual piece of it was controversial. When new provisions were revealed after the bill passed, which we didn’t know about up front because nobody could read the 2000 pages before it was passed, they also became controversial.

Well, Barack, it was controversial enough that many lawsuits were filed to test whether that law is even constitutional. I know that offends your liberal sensibilities, but that’s the situation.

Here’s the problem, Zero. If every American wanted to buy health insurance, he would. If every American wanted to eat arugula, he would. If we don’t want to, you don’t have the authority to force us. We will take you down, you pipsqueak Mugabe wannabe.

...law’s individual mandate, which requires every American to purchase health insurance, “should not be controversial.”

It isn't the leats bit controversial, or won't be, exactly onse second after Obama can show me where he gets the authority to order anyone to buy anything.

Really? Before YOU require Americans to do something, you should be required to:

a) verify your birth documents
b) verify your social security number
c) verify your Selective Service Registration

Oh, and there should be an investigation regarding that pesky Rezko land deal...

quote “Here’s the problem – if an insurance company has to take you, has to insure you, even if you’re sick but you don’t have an individual mandate, then what would everybody do? They would wait until they get sick and then you’d buy health insurance, right?”

well DUH!

we TRIED to tell you this before you passed this POS legislation! But NOOOOOO you wouldn’t LISTEN then!

How sweet, Obama just made our case for us for why the WHOLE law has to be thrown out.

The individual mandate CAN NOT be seperated from the rest of the law, for EXACTLY the reason HE just laid out. If the court finds the mandate unconstitutional... then it HAS to throw it all out, there is no other choice.

He has no idea. Especially since he is immune.

JP Morgan Chase has already warned employees of drastic coverage changes ahead, to be revealed this next health care coverage ‘season’ in late autumn. It’s August, and employees already know this.

According to the great Obamanation, it... “shouldn’t be controversial.” Yet for some strange reason, Americans hate it! Could it be they don’t like being told they have to buy something to take care of illegal aliens and deadbeats who won’t take care of themselves?

Obama is a born oppressor. He is fundamentally opposed to individual freedom and slips like this show a little corner of his Stalinist interior.

The Individual Mandate is not controversial, it is unconstitutional. Nothing controversial about it being unconstitutional.

He's spent 70% of his presidency shilling for his mandate, 29% playing, 10% deliberately destroying America...

Oh wait. That means 80% of his time trying to destroy America.

‘Looks like he's going to spend the next year+ shilling the program.

Of course, buried in that 3,000+ pages is everything needed for complete control of the gov’t and our each and every move...all masquerading as as health insurance.

It's bad enough, all the power it gives over us - but even that 3,000+ pages isn't enough to carry out their entire take-over. There are articles in there that leave total open-ended control to add anything they want to the bill anytime they can think of one more way to reign supreme.

This bill is his rasion d’etre. He was carefully groomed and brainwashed (easy to do when you start with a blank slate) to carry out his string-pullers determination to take over and destroy this country.

The would be totalitarians had to find someone without the individual brain power for independent thought, someone devoid of loyalty to America - someone they could program like a robotron. (They didn't factor in his deep narcissism.)

And why haven’t we been told what the many and large scars on his head, neck and throat are from? brain surgery? Horrific accident? Implants?

this show one of the prominent scars - but there are others on the other side of his head and throat and neck.

Obama: Individual Health Insurance Mandate ‘Should Not Be Controversial’

To Hussein, Nothing unconstitutional need be controversial.
I wonder what part of "Enemies foreign and Domestic" he STILL doesn't understand?

This dipshit is a "professor" of Constitutional Law?

To Obama, it's not contraversial at all. It's what he wants to do, so we should do it.

Constitutional? Legal? Illegal? Irrelevant. It's what he wants.

4-year-olds think like this. It's what I want, that's all that matters.
