Why won't "they" lay anyone off? I've seen it done many times over the years. The things you people believe about the post office are just incredible.

I've been through half a dozen layoffs. They occur in management and administrative ranks quite regularly.

Time for the bargaining unit to get trimmed!

But don't tell me or anyone else who ever worked in Headquarers, or a Regional office, or a District office, or held a job of EAS 15 or above that there have been NO LAYOFFS. That's just BS ~ and ignance!
