Sarah Palin Talks To CNN At The Fair

A persistent Don Lemon got a lot of ‘Sarah time’ today at the Iowa State fair ground, giving us what amounts to a great interview. The one thing that surprised me was that when she was asked about the ‘submission’ question last night from the debate, she said that she thought it was fair game and that Bachmann handled it very well. Directly after that she was asked if Todd told her not to run for president, would she submit. Her answer to that ended up being rather cute, noting that Todd would never order her to do anything like that and then she ended up thanking him directly for basically being a loving husband that didn’t try and order her around.

They also talk about Bachmann, the downgrade, Obama, Congress, the media not vetting Obama in 2008, and her having grandkids. It’s a very fun interview:

The moment where she said she respected her husband for not telling her what to do politically, and then shaked his hand “Thank you, Todd!” was priceless. Natural, free-flowing humor.

Whenever the lady is allowed to be herself she radiates.

A sitting President cannot be sued while in office. IF that were possible, the Obozo de Klown would be inundated with suits demanding he abandon the office.

You guys are quite passionate in your support of Palin. That’s not a problem for me. Now I have some hot and dusty horses to treat with watermelon rind. They’ll appreciate me as I lick my wounds.

And for what it’s worth, I will absolutely cast my vote for Sarah Palin if she’s the Republican nominee.

I think more precisely they cannot be sued for acts committed while in office. IIRC, Clinton was sued in civil court for something he did prior to his election as president.

The scum reporter who laid his tape recorder on Sarah's shoulder should have it and his hand broken by one of the security guards... but not so much that he couldn't use his hand to pick up his teeth from on the ground. The media clymers really need to be focused on minding their manners.

>> I usually stay off the Palin threads. I’m sure you’ll be please to not have to deal with me again.

If you have a cogent argument about her resignation, stick around and make it. Don’t portray yourself as an oblivious fool by complaining the media hasn’t properly vetted Sarah Palin.

Thing is, those “negatives” you want to know about pertaining to Palin have already been answered. You’re just peeved because you came barging into a Palin thread looking like a total asshat. It’s cool man, lots of short timers on this forum have done it on varying topics. You just pulled your asshattery. Welcome to the club.

“Did he ask why she resigned half way through her first term as governor? If so, I’ll check it out. Someone needs to ask her the hard question.”

Trolls are funny. Some people are so bitter that she left them standing on the Alaska battlefield. She was supposed to be bankrupted and fully engaged and bloodied with probably over 100 lawsuits by now. Sued for wearing an Oakley jacket at a snowmobile race or something, it’s an endorsement don’t ya know! They even sued her for taking donations for her legal defense fund.
And they were supposed to be able to screech about leaderless Alaska every time she came to the lower 56 states. (a tip of the hat to Obama)
So no rolling Thunder,,, No Bus Tour,, no Sarah Palins Alaska,, no TEA rallies,, NO India,, NO Israel.
She ruined their fun and left them standing there with egg on their face.

And they never saw it coming,,”

LMAO Great Post!

Thank you. I think she’s going to run a campaign that everyone in the future will try to immitate. Personally, she’s showing signs of brilliance,,,

If she hadn't; here is what you people would bitch and moan about.

“She's neglecting her duties as governor to campaign for President. How come she is never in Alaska doing the job shew was elected to do?”

Sound about right?

Did he ask why she resigned half way through her first term as governor? If so, I’ll check it out. Someone needs to ask her the hard question. ____________________________________________

Or what how about this “tough” question, Did he ask her why she doesn’t read any magazines or books?(sarcasm)

Stupid liberals/goons/Marxists believe they already destroyed Palin because they control the media. However what they fail to grasp is that while they do control our low IQ voters they will NEVER control the spirits and minds of freedom loving, intelligent Americans.

It is disgusting and laughable how often one political side argues the intelligence of their party. How intelligent can they can be if a good portion of their voters rely on government assistance while their opposing party remains self-reliant? Dummy liberals vs. conservatives

So she didn’t run around campaigning on the Alaskan citizens tax dollars as she was paid to be governor vs a polidiot not doing their job while they are employed by the taxpayers.

Smart, fiscally responsible an ethical.....

She gets my vote if she runs. She has an established political record. She may not be the celebrity you want but so far she’s working on her “earned” cash an donations to her PAC an profits from her books etc.

My take on it from the couch here in Poohville.

Thank you for what seems to me to be a compassionate response. I get the fiscally responsible strategy. I suppose it is idiocy on my part to have preferred her to stand her ground and anihilate them and win the overall confrontation but that may have singed the state’s coffers considerably. It would have made her more powerful, in my single-cell-brained opinion.
