Hope for Supporters: Sarah Palin Tells Hannity 'I Am Still Considering A Run For President'

Sarah Palin’s seemingly surprise appearance at the Iowa State Fair this week drew some questions from the press about whether or not she was trying to steal the media spotlight from other GOP candidates. Tonight she appeared via live feed to Fox News host Sean Hannity to discuss the GOP debate last night, which included her praise of Newt Gingrich for taking on the media(Fox News’s Chris Wallace) and drew cheers from the crowd when she proclaimed “I AM still considering a run” for president.

Hannity simpply asked the former Governor of Alaska “are you considering a run for the presidency of the United States?” Palin replied “I am still considering a run, Sean,” adding “I think the good folks near iowa, you can ask be in here and I think they would tell you, it is time this country is put back on the right track.” She then went on to make many of the predictable talking points to the adoring crowd surrounding her. Perry is that much different from Romney. He will be easily smeared as BUSH III, and we yet to know what lies in his closet; though some of the things we do know about will easily be hyped and distorted and some of it is "bad" and won't need to be distorted at all.

GOD keep everyone from winding up like you; as you aren't much to rave about.

The green-eyed monster appears to have bitten you badly.

And yes, Palin has a very great deal to lose; unlike the others.

especially since her Alaska cable show got canceled.

The best guess for why Governor Palin refused to sign up for a second season of that very successful show is because of her plans to run for the Presidency.

Now that is one heck of a stretch.

I think it’s not a big conspiracy, but instead:

Five million viewers tuned in for the premiere episode, a record for TLC.[8] The second episode attracted 3 million viewers,[9] a 40% drop in viewership

She’s kinda like the movie The Green Lantern was this year. Huge inflated expectations based on vapor. I’m not sure why some of you guys are so especially cultish though. Eventually I’ll be called a liberal communist for thinking she’s not the best choice, but oh well. IMO she’s only had a few good speeches and has no real political record. That’s ok, but.. I can make better tweets and facebook pages about the dangers of leftism, and I don’t have the circus thing going on.

You may not be trying to be a jerk; however, you are one and an ill informed one at that!

First of all, Palin's show on TLC was a one off and it was NOT "cancelled"!

That show was the TOP one on TLC, for that season, BTW, if not for all time.

Since YOU obviously believe that Palin is just in it for the money, please explain, IN DETAIL, how not running will inflate her coffers. And please don't tell me it'll be more shows, speaking engagements, and/or books, because that's either disingenuous, or just plain old stupidity.

There is no such thing as an "abusive relationship" vis-a-vis a candidate and his or her supporters. "FANS" is not the operative word here.

That may be true, but IIRC, it was just a one off show and was never meant to be anything but that.

Sarah to AP today in Iowa: “When we’re ready to announce ... you won’t be able to miss the announcement.”

You really show your nuttiness and female weirdness with that "abusive relationship" silliness, the Governor was the most popular Governor in America with a 93% approval rating, and sustained numbers in the 80 to 89% range.

You don't seem to be a fan of passionate, conservative activists like we have here at freerepublic these are politically involved freepers not "abused" victims.

Well, imo it is a case of fans and being led on and so on. I think it’s more about some kind of emotional love thing than any real record she’s had. She’s sexy and hot.

Also, she’s made many many millions off her celebrity status. To discount that is.. Off to me.

What is your DETAIL of the show being canceled? Not the 40% drop on the 2nd episode that I posted?

Or did she, even worse here, cancel it herself in the middle of a success?

Think about what you’re saying. She quit as governor and then as the best rated show, only to wait it out like this on the election?

Does that really make sense to you? Is that even appropriate behavior?

Ah, the G card (gender) method. I defended Bachmann against sexist attacks. Now you’ll pull it against me?

You're all too full of yourself.

If your writing here, is an example of your thoughts, positions, and writing style, you couldn't do as well as Palin's FaceBook pages and tweets; let alone better!

Obviously, you have no idea what her record in Alaska is.

Frankly, nobody needs to call you anything; you make it quite clear just what and who you are. LOL

LOL, the show was a smash hit for the entire season, don’t fight so hard to remain ignorant, you sound neurotic and weak.

So she quit that because? To run in 2012?

IMO she sure jumps around from books to tv to politics and back.

You truly need to stop digging that hole!

As I've told you before, that was just a one off show and it was NEVER going to be anything else! She wanted to make a show touting ALASKA and that's what she did. It really is a simple as that.

And as far as the whole money thing is concerned, she didn't make as much as you believe, or you have no experience with sums in the millions. :-)

We, her supporters are NOT "fans". We know her record, we like what she has to offer, politically, and she resigned the governorship for very valid reasons, which you either don't understand, or more likely, you imagine is something with which to trounce her with.

Nothing you post makes any sense at all, so of course you don't get any of this. Pity that.............

Don’t know what you’re trying to say, but it seems that you’re on team Palin no matter what. Any criticism is heresy.

You’ve been doing this extremeist stuff for awhile.

I’ll say this, I’ll vote for her if she wins the primary. Heck, I might even vote for her FOR the primary if she runs.

I’ll not sit here and stand by this saint sarah perfection stuff and be called names for not group-thinking that she’s been some savior of mankind though. You two guys need some real help.

Oh? Just where in my posts are "personal attacks"?

OTOH............all of your posts contain said PERSONAL ATTACKS!

Your problem is that you simply can't refute what I post, nor do you have anything factual in your rubbish replies.
