During the 2008 presidential campaign, then-candidate Hilary Clinton ridiculed Barack Obama's inexperience with the famous ad asking who you wanted to answer the phone during a crisis at 3AM.
Today, it is apparent that our nation desperately needs someone with experience, decisiveness, and leadership to navigate these troubled economic waters.
....
Blame at 3AM is not the issue. The issue in time of crisis is the response and only the response.
Thus far, our nation's response has been to increase the debt ceiling and provide a tepid response to critical spending issues.
It's now 3AM and the world is wondering who is going to answer the phone.
...
Temporary fixes and blaming S&P are pure nonsense. The blame game must stop and decisive action must be taken.
The cure to fiscal irresponsibility is incredibly simple but it is equally incredibly tough.
...
He has abdicated his power but is not yet aware of what he has happened to his presidency and our Nation.
...
In reality, the president has but two choices. Either answer the phone or resign!

Spot on Jimmy
It’s now 3AM and the world is wondering who is going to answer the phone.
Zero’s alarms been off for almost 3 years.
Good grief!
People, we actually have a focused, decisive leader in the White House.
Our problem is what he’s focused ON.
HE’S JUST NOT ON AMERICA’S SIDE—IS ALL.
The enemy is in charge. He’s wrecking the place. It’s what he DOES.
He pressed the “snooze” button.
He pressed the snooze button.
His whole worthless life.
Barack Obama is Exhibit A that explains why so many U.S. cities that once had black mayors do not have them now — and may never have them again. Names like David Dinkins, Tom Bradley, Coleman Young, Andrew Young, and Wilson Goode will be remembered as quaint relics of American history during those few decades before Hispanics became the dominant minority group in the U.S.
Don’t forget Marion Barry...
Right. Harold Washington is another one I overlooked . . . may end up being the first and last black mayor the city of Chicago ever had.
Ahh yes....Mr “Beirut on the Lake” himself
I had to laugh at that Hillary ad. I was every bit as concerned about her qualifications as his. A small town ambulance chaser turned First Lady turned undistinguished back-bench carpetbagging Senator barely into her second term, and she dares to question the experience of one of her rivals? Laughable.
The only thing that would wake Barry up at 3AM is a nightmare about having a really bad day on the golf course.
