Hey, Erick Holder is in charge of the main office....so don’t bother him with these Black hooligans, hate crimes don’t pertain to them....just whites and smearing homosexuals fall under the ‘hate crime’ venue.
I am guessing these local ‘leaders’ can look right past the constitutional guarantee that no person or class of persons shall be denied the same protection of the laws that is enjoyed by other persons or other classes in like circumstances in their lives, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness ... or fair-going.
From the oft-cited 14th Amendment — “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
To the ‘authorities’ in MKE - EQUAL protection of the laws is not optional or even hinted to be subjective.
It will be.
And this is why I think these incidents are encouraged and instigated by the left. These mobs of black teens are the perfect proxy army for the left.
They can beat up on the left’s enemies with impunity.
Any that get caught will be protected by the media and state.
Anyone that fights back will be punished by the media and state.
Meanwhile, the left keeps their collective hands clean.
The cops are liars, no other possible explanation.

I concur. But if we’re going to have thought crimes shoved down our collective throats, it should be a knife that cuts both ways.

I agree, however, it’s imperative that we shove this PC BS right back down their throats and make them live by the same “rules”(that they created) as well.
Until we can get a sea change in attitude anyway. (not holding my breath)
It’s almost like the blacks lost at the Whack-a-Mole game and decided to try their luck in the parking lot.
Proving conclusively that hate crime laws are as bigoted and unconstitutional as Jim Crow laws, and need to be challenged as such.
Courts must realize, as they did with the death penalty, that if they law is fairly written, but unfairly enforced, as in the death penalty in circumstances where a black defendant would get death and a white defendant would get life for essentially the same crime, then the law is unconstitutional.
The simple statistical proof would be to show the court how many hate crime charges have been brought against white defendants, compared to how many have been brought against black defendants.
Then to ask the court to rule either that the law is unconstitutional, or, as some advocates openly state, that black people, no matter what they do, or how they do it, do not and *cannot* violate the hate crime laws.
It does.
Dunno what the stats look like under the Holder Just-Us Department, but, since Thought Crime legislation was introduced, more blacks have been charged for “Hate Crimes” than whites.
I just hate the entire Thought Crime concept. A crime is a crime. Your motive is irrelevant.
So far, all law abiding people have done is move farther out into the suburbs. Welcome to the BHO new era of racial harmony. Mmm, mmm, mmm
The truly amazing thing is that none of these victims took any personal responsibility for their own safety. I hate to say it but they were asking for it and they got it.
