Safely at home - Mrs. MacNessa is finishing up on the computer. Under heat restrictions the trains are limited to 50 mph instead of the usual 70 mph. As a practical matter it results in about 5 additional minutes on my trip home. I'll see you on the Canteen this evening.

I am glad you have blue skies. We’ve had a heat wave which hit the horses hard. But I hose them down & have a fan. Today was pretty nice. I spent my day at the drs getting more tests & finally a shot to my knee. My knee gave out a few weeks ago & will need to be replaced at some point. But for now I am going to just work around it. Makes me mad I get my farm & my body is getting too old lol. But I have faith it will all work out. Hugs!

Good morning, Ruler of Mercury. ((HUGS)) Been fishing this summer?

My reply is a bit late because I've started back to work and was in meetings all day yesterday.

I did a little fishing over the summer. Not as much as past summers. It's getting a bit pricey for transportation costs so I'm not going as much. I've got to find places closer to home to go to. We did a five day and a four day camping trip during the summer too. Mostly we stayed at home though.

How was your summer?
