FCC Commissioner Warns of Back Door to Fairness Doctrine
FOX ^ | 08/08/11 | FOXNEWS

Posted on 08/08/2011 1:58:35 PM PDT by Doogle

Though much of the discussion about a possible fairness doctrine for broadcasters went away when Republicans took over the House of Representatives in 2010, one Federal Communications Commissioner says there still could be an effort at finding a back door to the rules. Commissioner Robert McDowell told Chris Stirewalt on Monday's Power Play Live that localism, a proposal that gives the federal government the ability to make sure broadcasters serve their communities, could also be used to wedge in principles of the fairness doctrine.

I think if the government tries to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine through the back door, they will see millions of conservatives rise up in protest at the National Mall and in cities around the country.

I think such an attempt will bring a public sh*t storm down on the Obama administration the likes of which nobody has seen in living human memory.

This information must be sent to every Republican U.S. Congressman in Washington, D.C. They must be made fully aware of the intent of the Hussein Obama Administration and they should introduce legislation ASAP to stop these socialists from any attempt to mess with the media.

This is how the revolutionaries do things.

Up front, what they say to the cameras, when they think everybody’s watching, they lie. Behind the scenes, they are much more honest.

To the cameras, they said no no, no fairness doctrine. Behind the scenes, they have changed the name. They call it localism.

Did you see Greenspan’s comments about printing money? It’s incredible.

More people would understand the danger we’re in if the media didn’t lie so much and cover big government’s back.

From your mouth to our Creator's ear.

I know I'll be there.

Obama would not hesitate to have the protestors (domestic terrorists) shot.

If he really makes a move for total power, he’ll go Kenyan on the Americans.
