Gay or not - no-one deserves this kind of treatment. But these “gangs” are taking over. Police seem powerless (or don’t care). Add to this the “flash mob” insanity -
and there are some common threads to these mobs and gangs...

Who cares what they look like? Beating the crap out of someone is a crime gay or straight.
They slipped up with the description in the second incident when black teens killed a Vietnamese man.
Hmmm....I wonder why the victims mother had never heard of the game? You would think something like that would make the news.

Assault certainly, and battery if that is a separate crime there. But not a hate crime. That whole crime category is bogus and politically correct. It elevates some groups as more valuable than others and punishes thought and opinion. I suppose that is the precedent it is supposed to set in this society.

Uhh oh! They made the misstate of attacking one of our "super citizens" who are afforded much greater legal protection than an average citizen. I expect they will be charged with both state and federal crimes and spend a long time in prison. If they would have stuck to average hetro-sexual Caucasians, they would be lucky to get more than a slap on the wrist if the prosecuting attorney bothered to pursue charges or the jury didn't acquit

Read the last sentence. They are pure animals and need to be sent back to where they came from. How much longer is America going to put up with these people? No matter how much help is given them, they throw it back in our face.
I’m guessing these animals won’t be charged with a hate crime, becuase they are - also - a special protected class of citizens themselves.
