Yet the publication has documented that Holder himself had boasted about the program to Mexican officials in Cuernavaca, Mexico on April 2, 2009, telling a very different story. He told the audience: “Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner.”
President Obama told reporters at a July 29 press conference: “As you know, my attorney general has made clear he certainly would not have ordered gun-running to pass through Mexico.” However, a video shows former Deputy Attorney General David Ogden telling reporters at a DOJ briefing of steps to expand Gunrunner “as part of the administration’s comprehensive plan” and as the “President has directed us.”...

Selling weapons to a felon is a felony. A murder committed during a felony in which you are participating results in you being charged with murder even though you did not pull the trigger. The ATF participated if not encouraged these felonies. Just saying.

Your answer supports my belief that members of the US armed forces would not commit war crimes or obey unconstitutional orders, and then try a “Nuremburg defense” as an excuse.
I wish the voting sheeple as as whole understood history and how it applies to current events.
To support the idea that it was US gun sales that were arming the cartels when actual facts wouldn’t. A step to more gun control/citizen disarmament via the back door. Even though they were found out, THEY TRIED IT ANYWAY, by requiring more reporting by border area dealers. Now NRA and NSSF have filed separate lawsuits to stop this bogus and ILLEGAL requirement!
