I heard congressman paul Ryan explain the bill on local radio this afternoon. I take his explanation as reasonable in spite of it’s shortcomings which he admits to.

Perhaps the issue as he described it was too complicated for some viewers. Numbers with as many zeros as the amount Ryan and his party, in conjunction with Obama and his party, just indebted our grandkids are so large as to make the minds of normal people boggle. Don't you think?
